SHIPPING & RETURNS:

  • Shipping from our online store is $8.95 flat rate for all orders. There is no minimum order required.

  • We currently deliver to metropolitan Melbourne only (52km radius from the CBD).

  • If you are outside of the Melbourne metro region and would like to make an order, please contact us at jaccagroup@gmail.com with your order details and we can provide a rate for shipping to your area.

  • We are unable deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • Delivery is on Tuesdays and Thursdays of every week. For Tuesday delivery you must order before 4pm on the Monday before. For Thursday delivery you must order before 4pm on the Wednesday before.

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh goods, we do not take returns or refund items unless they have been damaged during transit. If you wish to report any damaged items for a refund, please contact us at jaccagroup@gmail.com.
